Next level Vertical Training is all about the development and enhancement of abilities such as strength, power, speed, mobility/flexibility, agility, and endurance. NLV focuses on strengthening all ligaments and joints in order to prevent injuries.
NLV is a testing lab for human performance, fueled by vision and camaraderie. We aim to not only teach those who come here, but to develop them into better versions of themselves, build their capacity, and uncover their potential.

2. Strength and mental assessment
Physical and mental assessment of your current state

3. Vertical Test
We test your vertical jump in order to create a baseline and we analyze the mechanics of your jump in order to understand potential limiting factors

4. Benchmarks established
Benchmark results are combined with free consultation, strength/mental assessment, vertical test/mechanics to create a 60 day results oriented plan
