What to Expect

After an initial consultation and detailed fitness assessment, coach Jean will take you step-by-step through a workout that has been designed specifically for you. He will challenge you, keep you on track, focus on your form (safety first) and help you get the results you want. Flexibility and expertise, and a workout designed to suit your style. Coach Jean will guide you on nutrition, injury rehabilitation, functional movements and results specific training.
